Certificates, guarantees, planning consents. The vault tells you what is missing and keeps what you add, so nothing is hunted for at exchange.
The pack follows the BASPI v6 dataset (Buying and Selling Property Information, 2025) and maps to the RICS Data Standard through its published schema, so what you answer once arrives in the order a conveyancer works in.

The rules are changing.
In June 2026 the government set out a roadmap to make upfront sales packs and digital property logbooks a standard part of every sale in England and Wales, with legislation to follow. The homeowner keeps the logbook; the seller provides the pack. That is what MoveMapper already is, and being ready before it is required is the whole advantage.
