Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

MoveMapper Ltd operates movemapper.co.uk. We are the data controller for personal information processed through this platform. Contact us at hello@movemapper.co.uk with any privacy questions.

2. What data we collect

Sellers: Name, email address, phone number, property address, and property information you enter into the questionnaire. Documents you upload (EPC, title register, certificates etc.).

Agents: Name, email address, phone number, agency name and branch location.

Buyers: Name, email address, phone number and message if you submit a viewing or information request about a property.

All users: Login activity, session data, and anonymised usage analytics.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to: provide the MoveMapper service; send transactional emails (pack updates, agent notifications); process payments; and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Who we share data with

Estate agents you choose: When you share your Property Pack with an agent, your contact details and property information are shared with that agent.

Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Resend: Transactional email delivery.

Supabase: Database and file storage. Hosted in the EU.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@movemapper.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We use optional analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can manage cookie preferences using the banner shown on first visit.

7. Data retention

Seller Property Passports are retained for 2 years after the last activity. You can delete your Passport yourself at any time from the Documents tab of your Passport — this permanently removes your answers and uploaded documents. You can also request deletion by emailing us. Agent accounts are retained while the account is active.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
