1. About MoveMapper

MoveMapper is a property preparation platform that helps sellers organise property information before listing with an estate agent. MoveMapper is operated by MoveMapper Ltd. By using our platform you agree to these terms.

2. What MoveMapper is not

MoveMapper is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Property information forms pre-populated through MoveMapper are for reference only. Your solicitor must review, verify and sign all TA forms before use in a transaction. MoveMapper does not verify the accuracy of information provided by sellers.

3. Seller accounts

Sellers create a free account to build their Property Pack. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. You must be the legal owner of the property, or have authority to provide property information on behalf of the owners. MoveMapper may remove content that is inaccurate, offensive or in breach of these terms.

4. Agent and agency accounts

Estate agents may register to receive and review seller Property Passports. Agencies subscribe to MoveMapper for their branded workspace, vendor pipeline and Passport review tools. New agencies begin with a 3-month free trial. Agency administrators are responsible for managing who in their organisation has access to their account, and for removing colleagues who leave.

5. Payments

MoveMapper is free for homeowners. There is no charge to build, complete or share a Property Passport. Where an official third-party document (such as an HM Land Registry title register) is ordered, the government fee is passed through at cost.

Estate agencies subscribe on a monthly basis (Agent Basic or Agent Pro) following a 3-month free trial. We will notify you before your trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the end of the trial without being charged. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe; MoveMapper does not store your card details.

6. Data and privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By using MoveMapper you consent to your property information being shared with estate agents you choose to contact through the platform.

7. Intellectual property

The MoveMapper platform, branding and technology are owned by MoveMapper Ltd. Property information entered by sellers remains the property of the seller. By entering information on MoveMapper you grant us a licence to store and display it to agents you choose to contact.

8. Limitation of liability

MoveMapper is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate property information, failed transactions, or reliance on pre-populated TA forms. Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
